Pros
Techolution was my first company and has set the standards very high for me. I've met many super-intelligent people here and this company has given me an opportunity to work on many interesting and difficult problems.
Cons
You often have to work with high domain diversity and understand different aspects. This is not ideal for someone who wants to fine-tune their ability in a single domain.
