Good place to gain a bit of knowledge on telecommunication field.
Cons
Worst management ever! After a dramatic management changes done recently lead to a huge downfall of the company. No projects to handle, wasting employee time. Lack of management skills, and any skills at all. Other than growing the company, main concern of the management is keeping grudges on personal matters. Worst HR too. Not a good working environment, not recommending to anyone.
