      Work Environment is not good

      Pros

      They give very good opportunities to freshers. Also, Good for learning new skills. They support you to learn new skills in every possible way.

      Cons

      Very bad working environment and work culture. Some very old and senior employees of the company rules everything, whether it is a company events to appraisals. Everyone in office keeps gossiping about every other employees and try to ruin the reputation.

      If they have project then the management will be very nice with you.

      Cons

      If the company has not sufficient project then they blame you for nothing they asked you for resignation without any notice Period.
