Pros
I feel the environment here is conducive for all kinds of growth. The standards can be high, but not out of reach on the journey to get there. And it is always comforting to know that we get the support we need from everyone here.
Cons
Because the nature of my position, the project workload fluctuates from time to time. However, this allows me to hone my skills during times where the workload is less.

The team at TechShepherd is dedicated, efficient, and determined- a true pleasure to work with every day. As an intern, I was treated as full member of the team and given real tasks to work on. This internship has truly prepared me for the real world. It has enhanced my communication skills and understanding of both the marketing industry and how small businesses run. I could not urge someone looking for valuable work experience enough to apply to TechShepherd.
Cons
Some tasks require more thought and effort than others so it is important to remain flexible and patient as these tasks are still necessary and important to serve the clients needs.
