Pros

The view from one of the windows

Cons

Extremely Toxic and unprofessional work environment. Horrible Management - They constantly ignored issues, and they didnt really know what they were doing. Gossip Culture- Things told to HR in confidence, somehow made it out to the floor. Recruiters weren't at all friendly. I can go on and on. This is not the place you want to Begin, Continue or END your career. You have been warned

Despite the tenor of this review, I do appreciate that you have taken the time to provide us with feedback from your time with Techlink. Since you indicate you previously worked at our Beverly Hills office, you must have worked for us quite some time ago as there has been no turnover in Los Angeles since early 2015. Regardless of when you may have worked with us, I want to say first and foremost that Techlink certainly strives to do better by our staff. The specifics you reference—unprofessional environment and the lack of management intervention—are areas in which we have made dramatic changes over the past year. An essential component of Techlink’s success is a healthy, supportive, and enjoyable workplace culture. Job satisfaction, work/life balance, opportunities for growth, productivity, and happiness of our staff are paramount. Unfortunately, the workplace culture that was cultivated during TechLink’s formative years may have eroded during your tenure under former management. For that, we apologize. In addressing concerns that were being raised across the board, Techlink has restructured management and expanded the resources for our internal training and recruiting program. Individual personnel who may have contributed to your experience are no longer employed by Techlink. We have worked hard in the past year to restore an environment of mutual respect, open communication across all divisions and departments, collaboration, equal opportunity, and the restoration of fairness—as evidenced by clear expectations, strong realistic goals, and the uniform application of policies. Again, we thank you for the time you have taken to provide us with your Feedback and wish you all the best in your future endeavors.

Pros

The view from Beverly Hills office with a Coffee Bean across the street.

Cons

The recent positive reviews on here about Techlink are not a true reflection of what the company is today. The organization is still in a deep pile of cow crap due to years of mismanagement with company funds. It's about time Jane finally went to the doctors for an eye checkup. The LA office has one more person who has been there for 15 years so that's a sell to all new incoming employees who may want to join. Unfortunately, they dismissed another top producer a few years ago, which was a shocker to all. Anyways, this mom and pop shop will never get anywhere until the LA office has been purified of there sins. The tale of two lovers in Philly/New York has had its curtain call. That's a wrap!

Thank you for your colorful review, though I do wish you would have given some advice to management! The fact that Techlink planned and executed a restructure based entirely on employee feedback I would hope might show that, though prior leaders may not have been willing to hear criticism, this is not what Techlink’s CEO wanted. We are listening. You are correct that late Summer and Fall of 2015 realized an influx of reviews on Techlink’s profile page. However, this is the result of several employees who were either overjoyed with the changes made in late July or, alternatively, disagreed with the open, collaborative, and ultimately healthier environment. The positive reviews, at the time, were optimistic reflections on our future and I believe that in the subsequent year, they have proven to be true. In response to these management changes, several former employees have returned to Techlink in the past 12 months, perhaps including the “top producer” you refer to. Thank you for taking the time to provide Techlink with insight into what we are doing right—we will be sure to thank the Coffee Bean for their existence. :)

Pros

The best experience was the day I left this absolutely terrible company! Executive team is a train wreck!

Cons

Executive direction is absolutely horrible! They only care about numbers over relationships. If we did not make 70+ sales and recruiting calls per day then ridicule and termination followed. Stay far away from this extremely unprofessional company!! The crude language, behavior and drinking are a constant and stem at the top of the organization. Employees are leaving in droves. Don't be the next victim! Until changes are made at the executive level, the constant turnover and law suits will continue.
