Pros
Stable job, 8 - 5 work hours. All the employees are really cool to work with, and the company has a great product line. Health insurance is 100% covered by the company, and there is a 401K with matching.
Cons
Multiple members of upper management are known to yell at employees and threaten them out of frustration over minor issues. Starting salaries are low with a promise of raises and bonuses, though the additional compensation rarely if ever shows up. The owners will claim that there is not enough money to give out raises after buying $250,000 worth of company cars for themselves.
