Pros
The only pros is that initially they will show you the environment and work culture is friendly and very open to explore but in few days you see the actual reality of management and there spoons who plays politics.
Cons
They don`t have clear vision, very limited to work on technologies. No exposure and they keep on playing politics including HR. They don`t look over the efforts, dedication and hard work. Spoiled career by joining.
