Pros
The friendly atmosphere is what I enjoy most about the company. Management shows trust and loyalty towards workers. We have a hybrid work model with a flexible schedule that works well for me. At Team4Code we have a place to grow and a possibility to develop professional skills.
Cons
There haven't been any issues for me.
