Pros

Leaves are not tracked, you can go on vacation for the whole year and no one will budge.

Cons

This company is the worst company when it comes to values and work etiquette. The HR is the worst part of this company, forcing people to leave good reviews on glassdoor to lift the company rating but doesn't make any slightest effort to make its employees happy. It is an irrelevant department that should be removed. They are clueless about their own job. The CEO is oblivious to the people tasks and has no sincerity at all. He can smile at you today and talk behind your back just right after he gave a tap on the back. He is easily get dismayed with little things. He is a self proclaimed smart but couldn't get a hint that those great people who left, chose to leave because of him.

Perfect company to work under a dictatorship

Pros

If you like to work for a company that challenges you, Talkpush is the perfect fit. They will challenge you to always give more of yourself for the same or less pay. You will be challenged to share "new ideas," and the same CEO who asked you won't pay attention or isn't interested because those aren't his ideas. If you like to be treated with racism, and as a soldier, this is the company for you. If you like to be talked down to behind your back by the same management, this is your company.

Cons

In the beginning, all the team from the management to the last colleague are super friendly, after a few months, you will realize the reality unless you go for lunch with the CEO in Hong Kong once a week, you are nobody and indispensable according to KPI's that magically appear every month. If you have an internal problem with some of your co-workers, don't expect help from HR, they will do nothing (if they don't fire you for complaining) or tell you that Filipinos and Latinos are like that. HR only cares about keeping the CEO happy, even if that means firing you when you do a good job (I don't speak for myself, I saw several get fired like that). And lastly, if you are offered bonuses or commissions, make sure everything is written down on paper. The CEO changes his mind and the rules of the game every week and even says sorry with the confusion that you were the one who didn't understand how it was.

Pros

Work flexibility - Thats it

Cons

You no longer have a personal life, and the company is being run by men who objectify women, they make it seem like its a great company to be in but its a good company to go to if you want to make your life miserable - The CEO is absolutely terrible.
