- No micromanagement. - Team managers are supportive and approachable.

Cons

- No growth opportunities or appraisals. - Lack of appreciation, regardless of the amount of work delivered. - No job security - employees may be asked to resign at any time without notice. Conversely, if an employee chooses to leave, they may be forced to exit immediately without full payment or be asked to buy out the notice period. Additionally, management does not consider or hear the employee’s perspective.
