Pros
Unique culture- the directors are human, sincere and they care for your well-being , career and genuinely help you succeed. You will laugh a lot working here - great fun at work, relaxed atmosphere but heads down as required. It will suit someone who doesn’t need to be overly managed. Young enough business that change can be implemented , the bosses often try new things to keep staff happy, rewarded and also plan some pretty epic parties at end of quarter.
Cons
Top heavy structure but the good far outweighs the bad .
