The organization struggles to attract quality clients, which limits business growth and makes it difficult to achieve targets. Some senior leaders appear self-centered, focusing only on their own goals and favoring close team members. There's a lack of clear, forward-looking vision, making long-term growth uncertain. While you might receive a good salary hike upon joining, subsequent raises are minimal—typically only 2–3%, if at all. Overall, employees often feel undervalued within the organization.
