Thanks for your feedback. In a 2 years old company there’s room for improvement and feedback will reinforce if we are on the good direction. Thanks also for sharing this inputs via face-to face as it's important for us you can provide this openly. Quality standards in place, team leading focusing 100% on people, new organization, employee’s surveys and new offices as planned and commented to all of you will solve those issues. Changes need some time and you are part of them, so collaboration is always need. Thanks for giving us opportunity to improve.

Thanks for your feedback! We are working on improving our company and we are happy to inform you that some of your requests are already fulfilled. New offices of 2500sqm will be opened soon in the center of Barcelona and will solve some of your petitions, as we have grown so fast the current offices do not fit our needs anymore. Regarding internal promotion, all positions are published internally and we have recently promoted 3 people to team lead and 5 to tech lead. We will continue emphasizing the team lead job helping people grow in our company, as it’s our goal and objective to promote internally. Regarding the company strategy, we have been acquired by TTTech Auto, which allows us to reach more projects and have more responsibilities. Needless to say, we are aligning our strategy with theirs, our goal is to become a worldwide Advance Driving reference, and for that, we need to hire talent and achieve our challenges. This is the reason why we are steeply growing. As a side note, please note accounting hours at the end of the month doesn’t mean we just sell hours, it’s keeping track of the efforts to balance our needs. Performance evaluation procedure and team leads focusing on people are key to give feedback and grow as a company. We encourage you to raise your concerns to them too!
