57% positive business outlook
Pros
Comfortable working environment with a great location. Great colleagues with high team sprit.
Cons
Project management is weak point for this company. Process of taking actions and making decision is not dynamic.
Pros
The only pro was the work flexibility
Cons
Horrible work experience since day 1 where I was left for a week on my own with no induction, no one to talk with and nobody knew which was my team. I've had a meeting with my boss just once in 8 months and I have never met him in person. Moreover they changed me boss 3 times in 10 months. Super toxic working environment, with aggressive and rude work colleagues. A lot of micromanagement and fake agile work approach (the daily standup meetings were just a 45 minutes meetings to control what was done the previous day, not a planning of the daily work). The management also started a mobbing action on my behalf that went on for several months which led to my exhaustion until the termination of our work collaboration.
Pros
Lot to learn from experienced colleagues.
Cons
Overtime and weekend work is not uncommon.
Pros
You can learn a lot about the middleware and colleagues are more or less really friendly and ready to help. Work life balance is good.
Cons
Very difficult to progress on positions.
Pros
challenging environment, interesting projects, great colleagues
Cons
Lack of a common structure (on the software side) between teams
Pros
- Good and talented colleagues, open to discussions. - Diversity. - Periodic performance evaluations from your team lead and optionally from your colleagues. - Possibility to move to other projects. - Trainings.
Cons
- The company sites are ruled by the general company headquarters, so it looks like the sites have no power of decision at all. - In was decided unilaterally returning to the offices only with a month in advance, without taking into account the current situation of a lot of people, and where remote work as not a problem. As a result, the company has lost its credibility among the employees and there is bad atmosphere, and a lot of people are leaving. - Communication from management is getting worse constantly to the point where they transfer too much responsibility to the Team Leads, forcing them do their job. - In general the conditions became worse in the last year - There are periods where the tasks are not interesting, and sometimes the interesting projects are assigned to other sites - The tools used are non-optimal, even though there is always the promise they will be replaced by better ones - Salaries are average/low compared to other companies
Pros
Good colleagues, big OEMs, opportunity to grow
Cons
Bad procedures, lot of documentations, bad projects organization
Pros
- work colleagues are great - work from home
Cons
- management decision are sometimes slow
Pros
Some of the colleagues are very nice with professional behavior and with good work experience.
Cons
The company is managed by managers with no experience in their field or without any sense of responsibility for their work. And this leads to unprofessional behavior and bad decisions. They need first to get some experience in software development industry, to understand how it's working and maybe only after that they can try to manage a small team to understand how they should behave themselves. It's a pity that the quality of people that leads in this business become lower and lower every day.
