Pros

Great product/solution and lots of potential but...

Cons

First of all, the owners are 3 former friends, 2 of them are brothers, and on top of the fact that they are always in disagreement and fighting, they have no respect for their employees. The youngest one is the CTO and lacks discipline. This person drops curse words and profanity about every 10 minutes. The oldest one is the CEO. He doesn't communicate, is macro managing, has no people-skills and brings stress on the entire floor because you never know how he will react, which brings us to the main reason why people are leaving the company. I have never seen or definitely not worked with such a person. The 3rd one, the CTO, is OK but sometimes lives in his own world and doesn’t stand up against the 2 brothers. All 3, especially the CEO, demotivate people, definitely pay under budget, have no respect for their clients and make the life for 75-80% of the staff very unpleasant. About the organization itself. Utter chaos, below zero work/life balance, no processes, perks for the management only and as less as possible for the other staff. The policy, especially in sales, marketing and operations, is to put in-expensive profiles on various functions creating a very inexperienced team and since these are all very young people, they created a little bit of a playground. (with respect for these people). Customer service is chaotic but well masked to the outside world. The company has no clue of how to do business (besides a limited few but they are limited too because of the controlling behavior of the C level team) and they literally don’t understand that people want to evolve within a company and that this takes support instead of demotivation. I almost forgot, they want to be a hip & trendy company, but you can't even work remote or from home. The CEO literally doesn't trust you. Working from home to him means doing nothing. I can tell so much more about this company and especially the C-level team but that would make this review a bit over the top. The bottom line is that I do not advice to work for this company. It’s sad to see so much potential goes to waste because the CEO is too proud to listen to other people and take advise. You probably think that I’m a frustrated employee who got fired but trust me, this is the real deal because I left on my own initiative.

Pros

The company had a good product range, but lacked execution.

Cons

The company had good growth potential, but C-level micromanagement, lack of management experience and interpersonal skills killed it. Thanks to some lucky government subsidies they didn't have to make a profit, and remained in their bad habits. The founders had some good ideas at the time, but lacked experience and discipline to execute. They hired a decent management team, but didn't give freedom to execute and instead installed a negative culture with a lack of trust. Their core product has become a commodity since and a new, long-delayed product range was too little, too late.

Pros

Young dynamic team, nice location, multi-cultural

Cons

Constant noise and screaming in development zone. People shout and swear, and kick on chairs, desks in anger. The 3 managers keeps fighting with eachother, and treat employees with disrespect. The sprint end meetings show people are often unhappy and sad. I have seen one colleague crying a month.
