Pros

With the type of work performed (mostly plant services) there's a good mix of office and field work.

Cons

If you have a questioning and innovative mindset, this is not the company for you. If you are relentless in creating, advancing and automating work processes, stay away. The lack of company vision coupled with the generally autocratic management style limits growth for both the employee and employer. I've seen and personally experienced several hostile type work situations created partially due to this management style. However, if you're content on not challenging the company status quo, keeping your head down and doing as you're told, you'll probably enjoy working here. -Limited career advancement opportunities -Small salary increases -Poor retirement plan -Mediocre health insurance

Amazing Company with Opportunities to Advance

Pros

Too many to Count! First, if you are a hard worker looking to advance your career this is the place for you. Management welcomes new business opportunities. Some of the Division Managers started their divisions by bringing the opportunity to ownership who backed their business plan. Great peers who are willing to help. Many different disciplines in house which allows for a lot of cross disciplinary work. Good benefits, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k, etc.

Cons

Not for me but if you're looking for a business to float around and do the bare minimum to not get terminated this is not the company for you. This is the company for those seeking opportunity and want to receive greater rewards for helping the company expand.
