Pros

On 30th January 2018 posted good 5* review. However post Offboarding it is highly regretted and the traumatic experience faced including Corporate Bully ism https://www.glassdoor.co.in/Reviews/Employee-Review-T-Systems-RVW18987177.htm

Cons

A company trying to setup footprint with confused mindset- Asking money for Service Certificate without correct Tax Calculation - 2) These guys provide incorrect Designation and dont wish to correct it 3) Goofup in Provident Fund in which names are incorrectly spelled or showing other Employee Names for the UAN in your salary slip . HR says that it is not part of their scope wherein the Goofup is by T-Systems. This has led to issues in PF Transfer / Withdrawal. No co-operation from T-Systems 3) Certain set of Employees are favored. Hard-working people including Seniors are often marginalized and often blamed up-on . Message to Senior Aspirants - Highly Avoidable . Message to Junior Aspirants/Freshers - You can try if you dont have any other opportunities. But try to move out after 1-2 years. Often seen that favoritism prevails and marginalization too. Often Hard working people are targeted either by favorites via spreading rumors etc.

Pros

Cabs after 9 p.m. Breakfast, lunch and dinner (after 9 p.m) Location Team is very good

Cons

Beware of HR and read every policy carefully before joining. Beware of every word told to you during hiring. They easily deny written mails as well. Fully Service based organization. Culture defines a company, and here complete culture is based on a service based firm. Higher management have very little exposure to outside product based organization as most of the people worked with only Airtel for about 5+ years. Narrow mindset Least interested to acknowledge your problems If you have high level of patience, then only join. Almost sad, unhappy and pressured environment each day. HR doesn't know how to keep everyone engaged or happy. Lethargic processes Everything manual nothing automated People were forced to write fake reviews Many people left because they don't value there key resources. Voices are remain unheard most of the times Appreciations only when they realize,oh oh its been very longgggg, lets organize an appreciation session. No base in deciding employee of the year/month, just one manager felt, Mr. X performed good so lets award him. No involvement of fellow teammates in deciding best performer. Given wrong responsibilities to under qualified people. Product team is more like a client sitting somewhere in Europe and screwing everyone's life here in India everyday. Zero understanding of technology. Business derives technology. Hindrance at each step of development. Poor documentation. Useless User Stories No brainstorming while writing a user story. Worst third party design team hired. Zero knowledge of large scale enterprise. No one has clear vision, as everything is kept so secretive.
