      • Good people • Impactful work • Understanding and empathetic policies

      Cons

      • Little interest in evolving the business • Unclear strategy if any. Just bill more, and forever? • Once you're a senior consultant, you're done. There's no more room to move.

      Tough place to feel safe

      Great location, on the market. Lots of variety in the client work.

      Cons

      Owners not interested in employee growth, or their clients, only in revenue. Owners are kind of creepy - not the best/safest place for me. Felt like I had to shower when I got home from work.
