      Some of the people are very nice.

      Cons

      You have to be able to tell who is a friend and who is pretending. Constantly have people watching you and the company is all about protecting itself and benefiting itself. The pay is well below the average for an analyst. The hours are early and very strict.

The existing architectural structure provides a solid foundation for our projects, and teams are generally open to discussing creative ideas and solutions.

Additionally, as a contractor serving government customers, our team operates heavily under the client's jurisdiction. This can lead to a feeling of being at the bottom of the totem pole, where our recommendations for efficiency and quality are not always prioritized.
