They take you right out of cdl school

Cons

It's basically the Amazon dsp of trucking. Absolutely worst pay, management, disrespect, and no life balance. Expect to make under $1000 every week. I could've made more getting their low $100 layover pay than actually working. I did over 60 hours and 3000 miles a few times and didn't hit over 1100.

Swift is good for recent grads or anyone looking to get a CDL to learn about trucking and get starter pay

Cons

Pay could be better and more dedicated accounts in certain states.. Lease Purchase program should be top priority considering payments and loads
