You meet some really great people.
Cons
Management plays favoritism Pay plans are absolute garbage, some months you might actually owe the company money if business is slow. You may or may not be sexually harassed and your harasser will attempt to intimidate you. HR will take a statement and that’s about it.

Avoid unless you like making 35k a year while being yelled at and belittled. The only good thing about this place is the Saturday Lunch. The rest is garbage.
Cons
The pay. The management. Ask employee how long they have been here. There's a reason they don't last. Fly; not run; away from this place.
