      Toxic Work Culture and Micromanagement Nightmare: A Warning for Prospective Employees

      Decent product and skilled team offering some learning opportunities, though ultimately insignificant in the broader negative context.

      Cons

      Abusive CTO destroys morale with constant micromanagement and disrespect. Toxic culture, zero work-life balance, and relentless demands lead to high attrition and frequent firings. Employees are devalued commodities. Stay clear - not even open source allure or technical opportunities can justify joining.

      Pros

      Challenging and interesting work. Lot of growth prospects.

      Cons

      The CTO is an arrogant, untrusting and incompetent person. He somehow thinks of himself above everyone and will bully and verbally abuse you in front of the team. Your talents can be better utilised literally anywhere else. Oh and did I mention that there is micromanagement involved to the point where you have provide update every 15 minutes to show you are working. Do not fall for whatever offer you have as you WILL come to regret it sooner or later.

      Did not find any besides salary

      Cons

      - Constant micromanagement from CTO - No respect for employees - No work/life balance. It is ok to receive a call at 12:00 am or during the weekend with no message before it.
