Cons
Not many cons! Occasionally felt like I was receiving a lot of calls (but can also understand that this was in my best interest)
Without knowing where my career was going SuperGrad guided, trained and gave me the confidence to believe that I was good enough to make it in recruitment. The management is also at hand to offer advice even during none working hours and is always catching up with you regarding how interviews go and how your week has been in general. The training is thorough and at a very high standard and it sets you up perfectly for the different steps within the interview process.
Cons
Not really any cons to using SuperGrad. Only advice is that as a small company maybe they could do with more staff. However the current management always put the biggest effort to spreading out their time and knowledge
