      None really, it's unfortunately a toxic work place

      Cons

      Squeeze out employees - no opportunity to grow. If you are good, you get more work! No pay, no over-time Very bad pay scale, lowest in the industry Promoters are rude, mean all the while pocketing all the profits Make you work long hours even when there is no urgency No employee training or benefits
