Pros
It’s a great experience to work with students all over the Los Angeles area, especially if you are thinking about getting your credential this jobs helps you figure out what grade level you may be interested in working with.
Cons
There were many times I had to immediately count my check, because they would not pay me the correct amount of money, which happened more than three times. I also did not receive a bonus for doing a long term assignment. Also, there’s always a misunderstanding when telling subs the correct schools they are supposed to be assigned to for the day. Overall not worth the stress, I highly suggest applying to another subbing agency.
