      Pros

      I was left to develop my own way of dealing with clients, whilst given guidance when needed. Good levels of responsibility and freedom kept me occupied throughout my time, hours were flexible to a good degree.

      small office with good staff I enjoyed my time with stylematters, to company had some bad staff that worked for them and they needed to be told - if they get rid of the bad staff that let them down - then the company can thrive

      It was close to where I lived

      Cons

      Rude management that always point the blame at you Let go after 2 months due to it being a ‘quiet period’ Office is silent High levels of tension (especially when management are in) Poor communication between management- will give you different tasks to do then shout at you for doing them
