Owner is somewhat hard to deal with

Where to start…. The owner is supposed to be an example of what the employees should follow. And to watch every day the amount of disrespect, unprofessionalism go on is unreal. They do not provide you proper tools to get your job done. The morning starts with the owner screaming and cursing at employees. The knot in my stomach every time I walked through the door to start my shift was horrible. The HR department engages in inappropriate conversations with employees. They allow a certain gentleman to have inappropriate conversations with females. Everything about this place is horrible. The feeling of being unsafe in a workplace was horrible.
