There was little to no recognition for hard work, and when there was, it often was a ploy for an alternative motive. Constructive feedback was often replaced with criticism, creating a demoralizing atmosphere.
Additionally, the management's disregard for employee well-being resulted in high turnover rates and a pervasive sense of dissatisfaction. Despite the potential for growth and success, the toxic culture stifled any positive aspects of the job. Unfortunately, I found no pros to working here, as the detrimental impact of management overshadowed any potential benefits.
