      The employees who were there are kind and wonderful people

      Cons

      The CEOs of the company (a couple) are emotionally volatile, passive aggressive, and, at times, manic. I did not feel safe or comfortable working there. In the year and some months I was there, half the staff left because of the CEO

      Pros

      Chilled out. Nice staff for the most part. Lush kids to work with.

      Cons

      Brands itself as neurodivergent confident but fails to recognise some hardships for staff here. I had conflict with other staff that they refused to do or say anything about unless it was a formal grevence. The CEO refuses to take responsibility for much. Doesn’t respect mental health despite working with kids like this… absolutely awful communication between and with staff.
