Poorly structured interview - was interrupted by the interviewers multiple times during the call to reframe the questions - often in significantly different ways to what was initially asked. Lack of facilitatory approach - interviewers seemed to have a very specific idea of how they wanted the questions to be answered, often in high contrast to what they asked. Failed to comprehensively cover the full job spec, despite asking multiple follow up questions.
