      Pros

      Cool venue and great in the summer. A lot of different events.

      Cons

      Upper management is terrible and does not care about a single employee here. Middle management is overwhelmed and under qualified and are barely keeping this place afloat. Servers are given no support or chance to succeed and blamed for everything that goes wrong.

      Great people to work with, love my colleagues and an overall fun environment to work in at the start

      Cons

      Management is not very receptive and do not check in on you and only really look out for themselves, really wears down on you over time
