Pros

I started my journey with this company at a very junior level with the intention to learn, grow, and build a long term career. Looking back, I can confidently say that it was the right decision. During my time here, I went through some challenging phases while learning new skills and trying to meet expectations, but those experiences helped me grow both professionally and personally. One of the positive aspects of working here was the support I received from senior team members. They guided me during difficult phases and helped me improve my skills. With hard work and consistency, I was eventually able to overcome those challenges and became a key member of the development team. Overall, my journey with Squarera was a valuable learning experience. I spent around three memorable years with the company, and it played an important role in shaping my professional career.

I joined this company as a junior resource, and it has been a strong learning experience for me from day one. I received proper training and consistent support from the team, which helped me grow both professionally and personally. Like any workplace, there have been ups and downs in my journey as well, but overall my experience has been positive. I have learned a great deal over the years and have been given opportunities to improve my skills and take on new responsibilities. Everyone can have different opinions based on their own experiences, but for me, the environment has been supportive and growth oriented. That is one of the main reasons I have been with the company for more than three years and plan to continue contributing in the future.

Pros

I have been working with the company for more than three years now, and overall my experience has been positive. I joined as a fresh graduate and started my career here as a trainee. Over time, I have grown professionally and have now been promoted to an upper mid-level position. The company has supported me throughout my journey. I have learned a great deal here, both technically and professionally. When I started, I had very limited exposure, but today I am working on multiple technologies that I was not even familiar with before. This growth has played a major role in shaping my career. My efforts have always been acknowledged, not only through salary increments but also through increased responsibility. I have been given the opportunity to lead and manage a team, which has helped me further develop my leadership and management skills. Like every organization, there have been ups and downs during my time here, but those challenges also helped me learn and grow. Overall, I am grateful for the opportunities and the learning experience the company has provided over the past three years.

Cons

Lifts get closed quire frequently building maintenance needed to be taken care off.
