      Nothing positive and better to avoid this consultancy.

      Cons

      They Make all false promises. First they charge $4000 for H1B as a deposit and they will never pay you back. They will not pay entire amount as your paycheck. They pay 50-60% of your paycheck and hold the remaining with them mentioning they will pay as bonus.But there will not be any bonus paid. I lost $30,000. Even if you have good pay rate like 70-75/hr. you will end up getting only 30-35/hr. Remaining will be shown as bonus which you will never get. The owner so mischievous that he will never reply through emails and always call on phone.He will not give any confirmations on the deposit nor the your salary holdings with him.

      They cheated me out of my last paycheck because I did not give 2 weeks notice. I had an "At Will" contract like most of you. I had a personal emergency which required me to be at home for a while so I thought it best to leave the project. The project manager at the company (Mosaic) thought that he had the right to not approve my timesheet because I did not give notice before leaving. WRONG. This gave Spruce Tech a reason to not pay me. Wrong again! I will be pursuing both of them through the Department of Labor. Funny thing about "At Will" contracts... you do not have to give any notice....

      As stated by previous reviewers, they are scammers and fraudulent company, please ignore the - self written — positive reviews that just appeared in a short time span, they are just putting up another scam/show. I've written a detailed insight on medium dot com, just search "How Spruce Technology INC is screwing up its Clients" there as I can't put a link here.
