      Pros

      Most employees that work here are knowledgeable, polite and welcoming to new hires. Fast ramp up and no complicated procedures to drag out the onboarding process. Good benefits. Fantastic focused CEO.

      Cons

      No weekend pay or overtime pay.

      Great place to work and great people

      Pros

      I have really enjoyed my time at Spinnaker so far. What makes it so special are the people, the team go out of their way to help you in whatever way they can. When you see and hear from the CEO Matt, you get a sense of honesty and integrity that you expect from a leader and this is carried down right through the leadership team. Twice yearly catchups are great to meet colleagues in person given the remote nature of the work.

      Cons

      Pension contribution could be better, its below market average for my country, they have said they look at benefits regularly so hopefully it will be increased.
