      Pros

      Spectrum recognizes and values the employee's potential and caliber and gives them opportunities. Spectrum provides abundant chances to enhance and develop employee's knowledge on the current technology. Though not from an IT background, Spectrum gave me opportunity to play an important part in software projects.

      Cons

      Spectrum has very good infrastructure and is easily accessible being centrally located. Spectrum needs to take advantage of this and concentrate more on training and ISP. related services.

      Pros

      They have a datacenter at Kochi and experience working in datacenter could be useful

      Cons

      Employees are asked to give a bank security document before joining. And if you want leave the job within a bond period, you will loose the bank security amount. Because of this, the management do not care about employee satisfaction. Almost all the employees are frustrated there and wants to leave the job as soon as the bond period has finished

      Pros

      IT career enhancement training provided by the Spectrum was so effective. It was a good place to work and learn, especially as fresher. I had worked 3 years with Spectrum and experience was awesome.

      Cons

      Sometimes huge work load and stressful environment.
