Pros
Spanx has one of the best cultures I've ever had the pleasure to work in. Was shocked to see negative reviews about the company on Glass Door because my experience has been quite the opposite: I am excited to come to work every day. The work is stimulating and challenging, and I've been given a great amount of autonomy to make big decisions. The leadership is also fantastic. Sara is a burst of creativity and energy, and Laurie Ann is a wonderful, strong and confident CEO. Additionally, the CFO, Brad Bell, is brilliant and kind, always offering constructive ideas for how to view the business differently. Their leadership has created an environment of trust and creativity, and it is a joy to be here every day.
