      Pros

      -Management is friendly -Good for inexperienced or entry level -Average work experience for a startup

      Cons

      -Organization is a mess. -All govt. contribution aren't complete. Not a single contribution recorded within my Philhealth and Pagibig while SSS have months with missing payment. Doesn't reply or answer to my queries but if they do, they are full of bs alibis.
