      The most unprofessional company and owner I've ever worked with! An owner with large ego and very little to back it up.

      Pros

      There is a potential for great pay and a couple good people that truly want to help you be successful.

      Cons

      Plan on always feeling overworked and under appreciated. The owner helps to create a hostile environment to keep employees always on edge and at odds. There is no genuine constructive coaching or collaboration. The long term employees are not held accountable, only given credit, whether deserved or not. The minute you recommend a different approach or opinion that varies from the owner and his clique, you are no longer wanted or needed and all the credit from your accomplishments is taken.

      Good Company, Be Cautious

      Events, Pay, Communication, that's what I can think of right now

      Cons

      If you have kids I would be cautious, especially if you don't have a good support group, for whatever reason they count it against you and don't seem to understand what it's like not being able to afford things like daycares or nanny's.
