Management prioritizes clients over employee well-being
Pros
Workload isn't the highest, which can be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Team members are nice and fun to work with.
Cons
1. It often feels like management does not protect their employees in order to appease the client, sometimes at our detriment. 2. Salary is not the best, but negotiable. 3. No night-shift allowance, poor benefits. 4. Lack of job security, but that's common for most EAP roles. 5. EPF and SOCSO not paid for months. 6. Lack of manpower (due to client's requirements), can't take leave without affecting the rest of the team. Need to think 5 times before deciding to take MC, because that will be made into a big deal if no one is there to replace. 7. Feels like there's a divide between online and on-site coaches. "We'll support each other" but I don't see that whenever we need replacements for MCs or ALs. On-site coaches have to cover for each other constantly and we never felt supported by the rest of the team aside from verbal reassurance.
