      Pros

      A whole new experience with a very wide range of testing to be learnt in service to the construction industry. Polite and helpful colleagues who helped me learn and treated me well.

      Cons

      Sometimes management to hasty and judgemental. Some favouritism of older staff over newer incoming staff.

      No work life balance, 6-days work in a week,most malaysia public holiday have to work with no extra compensation or replacement leave. Micro-management from the highest management (company no.1)
