none that are worth it

Cons

A horrible work environment with an extremely toxic culture. Speaking of in anyways gets you retaliated against. Reporting anything to HR even sexual harassment is never investigated and you'll most likely be terminated shortly after. There are currently multiple lawsuits and EEOC cases for discrimination against this company

No real pros to working for this franchise.

Cons

Up to 12-14 hours a day, 7 times a week. Waiting on DoorDash orders that might or might not come. Dealing with customers, Kroger (Corporate) + SnowFox managers, and inspectors. Constantly standing and moving around. Endless amount of protocols and policies to follow. Inspections up to 6 times a year or more. No work balance at all, no benefits, a good percentage of your sales goes back to Kroger+SnowFox and back into buying supplies. Unnecessary fines and overworked.

Sanitary, developing. Management was pretty responsive. Chances of advancement through buying more stores.

Cons

No work life balance. If you were counting the prep, clean, and the time to get supplies, you maybe got 2 hrs of free time a week.
