I couldn't recommend working at Snook more. I've been part of the Snook team for a few months now and my observations and experiences have been incredibly positive to date. Opportunities to work on or shadow different projects. Big focus on development and coaching over management, which is a nice change. So understanding about mental health (really important to me! Management didn't think twice when I asked to take time each week for therapy, such a refreshing attitude) Big focus on fun and team building (annual paid day away, weekly virtual pub, a club for 30 mins on Wednesdays to watch cartoons - absolute fave, not gonna lie) Over and above all the little things, working for a company making big differences from the inside of organisations was rewarding as a whole, I've not worked for a company like snook before and it completely changed my views on the world, grateful to have worked there.
