Your employees are what drive the company forward and they are the face of the company. - Focus of the company shifts from week to week based on client needs and usually decision comes from executive level. This makes it hard to focus for all teams! Prioritize properly so employees don't always feel the pressure of poor decision making. - Over selling what we don't have so we have to work to accommodate what was sold at selling stage and this usually comes with tight deadlines

Poor management, low salary, CTO agrees to pay more but then he does not stay on his words, very sad to see this behaviour. No work from home culture as everyone cries when you ask for wfh.
