      Pros

      Great place to work with good work life balance and monetary benefits. Management team was easily approachable and acted upon the employee concerns, I hope they continue to be the same.

      An employee assistance program would be a nice to have to build a better career

      Pros

      Though it’s medium sized company the work culture, management and the directors were approachable. Since I worked here as a technical consultant the support from the my offshore and on-site teams were seamless. They’ve always encouraged and awarded the talented with awards on every Financial quarters. It was a very good experience working with multilingual people.

      Could’ve avoided few micro managements which might’ve avoided few infrastructure issues

      Phani kiran is destroyed the business and environment of this company with his crap attitude and showing Racism which punishable need better reviews go and work for sometime you might add new review better then me
