Simply put....Leadership. A complete lack of a coherent strategy, management don't listen to staff, no product innovation, exec's consumed with political infighting between divisions, any internal staff challenge is viewed as being a 'nay-sayer' and not welcomed, lots of unhappy clients that are not referencable, any profits made have to be paid back to their owners (Dubai) so no investment for new product innovation, just check out the Rating Trend on this website to get a feel of how this company is going!

Manager will delay the project and put the blame on Junior. Junior will get minimum salary hike because of this. If you are a politician personality, you will flourish here and bag 20% hike every time. Manager and lead will shout at you and Scar your mental health so bad that you will remember it even after years of leaving this company. 0% Employee Centric. If you are creative, they will mock you, laugh at you and make you like themselves. HR Department is seen only at the time of off-boarding, they are asleep rest of the time, you cannot complain to anyone. Extreme Favouritism based on your Home State, If you are 3 people in a room, the other 2 will talk amongst themselves in their native language and ignore you. They hate people who leave after completing 9 hours. They love people who love to stay till 2 in the morning everyday and people who do not have a life outside of Smartstream. My advice- Do not Join this company in India. Choose life over this. Choose unemployment over this. Hope this detailed review helps someone.
