Good pay, above average compensation, but as they say, if it's too good to be true....it is.
Cons
To many to list, management is totally unprofessional, no room for growth, manipulative coworkers, lots of drama/backstabbing. Lying to customers is constant.
If you can avoid working here, do it, there is more stress than you want.
Great people in the office. The job helps you learn business skills.
Cons
Upper management is horrible. The are either mean spirited micro managers or they don't care about their employees. There is a lot of office politics and gossip.
SmartRoom is an ambitious company fuelled by a talented team of individuals. I recently celebrated (not marked) my 6th year at this company and honestly could not imagine working anywhere else. It keeps the best elements of being a start-up with those of an established brand and thus you get the best of both worlds. The US part of the company understand that the UK/EURO market is different – and gives full backing and support. Management are very approachable – and all doors are open 24 hours a day. The company offers good benefits, has a team mentality, and you genuinely have the benefit of being proud in the work you produce. There is a lot of freedom to create your own "business" within the team.
Cons
Really none to mention. If anything, the company needs to spend more on brand awareness and the website. However, I understand these are to shortly be addressed
