Pros
Friendly work environment, especially within the team. Supportive and approachable manager — treats employees with respect. Workload is manageable and tasks are clear. Good place to gain experience in electronics repair. Teammates are easy to get along with.
Cons
HR shows favoritism; not all employees are treated equally. Deductions for government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth) are made, but they only remit them after you resign. Shuttle service is limited to the Calamba area and not always available. Some policies are unclear or not consistently implemented. Limited growth or training opportunities.
