I request you guys before joining organisation ask management to give everything written on paper what they have promised in interview. No traveling facilities,no snacks,no bonus, no incentives, not even variable pay according to perfomance. only one coffee machine thats also artificial coffee powder added to water. no 1 will drink that coffee in office. coming to management i dont no on what basis few management people are getting hired, instead of supporting team members they will rule on employees do that do this ..no support at all, they will shout why we have hired you..your are exprienced guy , why you cant do.. so? if we are expirienced guy it doesnt mean we should know eveything . if you want highly talented people pay double the bucks and hire from google or microsoft.

Interview process took longer than 2 hours and required waiting for multiple staff members to accommodate available timings instead of standard preparation. Process was difficult as they had 5 people interview me within the first 2 hours of meeting me. Interview process was a little much when the job required knowledge on sd-wan. I was told that the job was mine and the operations manager had discussed base salary as well as paid vacation with me and shook my hand and congratulated me. Shortly after I requested that he send me an offer letter over email however it was never received, a few days later I get a call back from them stating that I have to meet with another member of the team in order to get the position. I was reluctant to follow through however I did, I prepped myself for the time the second interview was supposed to be held, after 10 minutes of waiting for the member to join I called the operations manager to find out what was going on. He mentioned that the member was tied up on a call and two other members would join on the interviewers behalf. This never happened. I called back twice trying to reach the team in order to reschedule the interview since no one showed up to the call however they ignored my calls outright. This company does not care enough about its future employees and are strictly unprofessional in providing basic communications around someone’s career search. I nearly thought I had a job since the operations manager congratulated me, still haven’t heard back from them nor have they justified their actions in anyway.
