All depends on the team and the project
Pros
1. Improved my communication skills. 2. Had many native people. So made many friends here 3. Good Cafeteria and game section. 4. Friendly Staff. 5. Very Good Hike. 6. Helping and support from colleagues.
Cons
1. No work life balance. 2. No bonus or compensation for working extra hours. 3. No leaves including sick leaves are not allowed during notice period. If you take leave during this time, it will be considered as LOP. 4. Internal politics can be seen here. 5. Difficult to get another project especially if you high dependency in the current project. 6. Doesn't value employees that much. Suppose, if you have n number of tasks and you have completed some 80 percent of the tasks. But they will come and ask why you didn't completed the remaining 20 percent. 7. Most of the projects (revenue based) are running on old technology. So if you stay in such projects for a long time, then chances are that you won't learn anything new. 8. Work stress is high.
