Pros
Older employee were awesome after resigning them company management becomes fish market.
Cons
Poor management and poor speech from the owner itself. The location is very bad and you can't get food after 7:00 PM and city is far away from there. no enjoyment, Monday to Friday working. No personal life for employee. Rate according- Management - 2/10 Politics - 10/10 ( Full on ). Personal life - 1/10. Unfair about salary review and sometimes too much work on single person while many are free, ( Less project less work less appraisal ).
